Our mission
Every student in Hong Kong should understand the systems shaping our planet — and feel able to act.
We bring internationally-recognised, science-based workshops into classrooms, lecture halls and staff rooms, making complex sustainability topics tangible, social and empowering.
Our approach
Facilitated
A trained facilitator guides every group — teachers can join in rather than run it.
No prior knowledge needed
Participants discover the science together through cards, games and discussion.
Action-oriented
Every workshop ends with a debrief that turns insight into personal and collective action.

Meet Your Facilitator
Led by Joyce Wong
Every workshop is led by Joyce Wong, an experienced sustainability consultant, learning & development trainer, facilitator, and educator. Since 2015, Joyce has worked with non-profits across a wide range of projects — from stakeholder engagement to human-centred design — helping organisations turn complex challenges into meaningful, actionable conversations.
In the climate and sustainability space, she has facilitated and collaborated with organisations including Climate Fresk Hong Kong, Chatteris, LumiVOCE, Clean Air Network, Plastic Free Seas, Ednovators, and The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, among many others. She is an accredited facilitator for nine of the workshops offered here, and runs sessions in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Beyond the workshop table, Joyce is the Hong Kong Chapter Co-Lead of Creatives for Climate, and has mentored changemakers through AIESEC, the HKU Impact Lab, Climate Incubator, Resolve Foundation, and MakerBay Foundation's Impact Innovation Lab. She has also served as a judge for a number of social innovation competitions and scholarships.
Her approach blends rigorous, well-researched content with the warmth and curiosity that makes learning stick — so participants leave not just informed, but genuinely motivated to act.
Working together with a wider network
While Joyce leads each engagement, she works alongside a trusted network of experienced facilitators. For larger groups and multi-table events, this means a session can scale to your audience while keeping the quality and care consistent throughout.
